AmbleLink Software for Android Smartphone

Our first product release is a modest one. The AmbleLink Notepad Basic Edition is, however, serious software. We believe this product will be valued by professionals and casual users who want a good notepad application that interoperates well with PC, Mac, and Linux computers. This product is being offered at no charge to the Android market. A follow-on product may be developed at a later time, perhaps licensed for a fee. In any case, it our intention that this current product serve as a technology demonstrator, showing something of what we can do with this interesting new platform.

Why Android?

We chose the Android platform because of the great extent by which the device has been opened up to the developers. Never before have we seen so much potential for customization and near-complete control of a smart phone. We expect the Android platform will do well and evolve rapidly in the next few years.
